Is next day delivery available ?

Yes at the very least we offer next day delivery but where we can we look for same day delivery as an option if the person ordering is on site and can accept delivery.

Do I have to be there to accept
delivery ?

We ask  in our terms that the the person that is ordering the items is on site for the delivery of the item or the designated name of the person that will be on site is written in the delivery  details section.

How is my order delivered ?

All order are fulfilled by our merchants who have accessibility plant and specialised equipment  in order to fulfil deliveries of large item’s or just in time delivery’s we may use a third party courier.

Do you accept returns ?

Yes returns are accepted and will need to be sent back to the merchant which supplied the product in question.Details can be found of who supplied your product via the delivery note 

Can my orders be scheduled ?

Yes, just tell us your items you wish to order and the Trade hub direct team will start procuring your items for your whole project way ahead of time allowing you to factor the cost into your quote. You then have time to make alterations to your final order and have everything there when you need it 

Is this product cheaper in-store if I buy directly by from them ?

We have partnerships with trade retailers all across the uk, we do not add extra onto the RRP  the price you see on our site is the price that you will get  from that selected branch .

Can i return my items ?

Yes we provide a 14 day returns policy on all items excluding any opened packaged products , bags of materials i.e,  cement , filler, fibre glass, open-end or used tools or equipment returns will be made to the deliverer’s branch their discretion over rules Trade hub direct for any queries please call our office on 08002335911

what happens if i'm missing some items from my order ?

In the rare  event you find that your order does not contain everything that you originally ordered call free on 08002335911  and a member of our team can sort all queries out promptly.
